Community Education

Jenison Public Schools has been an anchor in the Jenison community for over 70 years. Our goal is to continue providing our community with access to outstanding academics, athletics, special programming, extracurricular opportunities, camps and activities, and more. The Community Education team at JPS is committed to enriching the lives of our students, families, and community as a whole, because strong communities create strong schools—and strong schools create strong communities.

SUMMER CAMPS & PROGRAMS

COMMUNITY OPPORTUNITIES

PGA Junior League Program 
Hosted by The Meadows at Grand Valley State University Program is open to boys and girls ages 6-13 and offers fun filled, team golf experiences with coaching from our PGA Professionals. 

Jenison Youth Basketball 
Jenison's Youth Basketball program is expanding. Here are the three ways K-6 students can play next year: 
Skill Development (K-2) 
Learn the fundamentals of ball handling, dribbling, passing, and shooting form. 
JYB League Play (3-6) 
Play in a youth league against students from other Jenison schools. 
Jenison Wild Travel(3-6) 
Competitive try-out travel team for students interested in a more significant commitment. 

CPR & AED Training 
Interested in becoming CPR & AED? This course is offered to 9th - 12th graders, Jenison alumni and Jenison community members. Please click this link to register!
