Living in a world where we are constantly faced with harsh realities, we often wonder how we can bring about the change that we all wish to see.

A simple act of kindness can go a long way. There are endless ways to show compassion and support for others. Our goal is to make an impact on our community by completing random acts of kindness, fulfilling various needs, as well as awarding a student scholarship each year.

The Red Balloon Scholarship is open to all students. We chose the symbol of the red balloon, because it represents the hope and the light that we want to bring to our world. We believe that positive influence can be achieved through any path taken in life. Through this mission, we are asking students to think about how they can make a difference by writing an essay to share how they will bring change. We know that it will not be instantaneous, but planting small seeds is how a beautiful garden grows.
