We are excited to announce that Connor O’Connell will be joining Jenison Public Schools as the new Principal of Jenison Wilderness Academy for the 2025–2026 school year.
Connor comes to us from Grand Haven Public Schools, where he currently serves as the interim principal at Rosy Mound Elementary. With a background in elementary education and a deep passion for outdoor, student-centered learning, Connor brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to our team. He holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and is committed to fostering meaningful, hands-on experiences that align with the mission and values of the Wilderness Academy.
We look forward to Connor's leadership and creativity as he builds on this unique program's strong foundation.
