New JPS Employee

Welcome to JPS!

We are excited to have you as a member of our family.   In order for you to complete the hiring process, we need you to fill out all of the paperwork in this packet.   We have included instructions below to help guide you through this process.

 

To Do's

  1. Follow this link to the JPS New Employee Form so we can gather some quick information from you to start our new hire process.
  2. Download our "New Employee Items to Fill Out" packet and fill out the necessary paperwork for you to become a JPS employee.   Instructions for each page have been included in the packet to help guide you through the process.   When you are all done filling out your packet you can turn your paperwork into Pam Wittenbach in the personnel department.
  3. Download and review the "New Employee Items to Review" packet. 
  4. Sign up for an Insurance Meeting date to review and discuss your insurance options. (COMING SOON)
