Conference Request Forms

Conferences

(in-district training, out-of-district training, conferences)

Please do not register yourself for a conference and/or make personal conference payment unless directed.  All registration and payment takes place through central office.

Staff are responsible for submitting all conference absences in AESOP as soon as a sub is needed.

Most of the time a conference request form is NOT needed.  

A conference request form is typically only needed for the following reasons:

  • individual conference attendance is staff requested (i.e. AP training, Music or Art conference, building specific training).
  • an ISD/organization needs to be billed for attendance (i.e. OAISD is paying for training and/or sub costs)
  • staff are asked to complete a registration form.

If you need to make a conference request, use this link and select your building/group for the appropriate form.  Once this form is completed, it will be electronically sent to your building principal for approval.  You will be notified of the approval by your principal and they will send the conference form to central office for registration.
